C2C office pod. This is our prototype office pod being completed in our new shop. Our construction type will feature a all steel structure that is completely welded from foundation to roof. This construction method will give us unmatched termite, fire and hurricane ratings. We are also learning that we generate zero landfill waste because all metal cut offs can be recycled. This is true green building. Zero waste.
